Ingredients

  • 500 g Betagro breaded chicken drumette tulips, prepared according to package direction
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) honey
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) soy sauce
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) sesame oil
  • 1 tsp shichimi togarashi

Garnish (Optional)

  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Cook the breaded tulip drumettes according to package directions until hot and crispy.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  3. Toss the hot drumettes in the sauce until lightly coated.
  4. Sprinkle with shichimi togarashi and toss once more.
  5. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with green onion and sesame seeds if desired.
